Early Childhood Screening is conducted to ensure that all young children are well-equipped and ready for learning and that families are aware of resources in their school and community.
If you have a child who will be 4 years old during the school year, and provided the child is registered on our census, you will receive a mailing from the school district before your child's fourth birthday. The mailing will include information on screening and how to schedule an appointment.
If your child is already four years old and has not been screened, call 651-748-7289 to schedule an appointment. School District 622 provides screening for children before Kindergarten for one time only, at no cost.
